Kingman Dealer Requirements
The following is a list of requirements for becoming an authorized Kingman dealer. Please supply the requested documents for review and verification by our Sales Support Department. Kingman reserves the right to consider the location of currently established dealers when determining eligibility of new accounts.
• Business Application (Non Credit Accounts: Credit Card & COD Cashiers Check)
• Business Credit Application (Open Term Accounts: Company Check or Net Terms)
Required for all accounts:
1. Completed Business Application.
2. Copy of current business license, seller’s permit or vendor’s permit.
3. Pictures of your storefront & product display or of your field, rental booth and sign.
Additional Documentation:
The following may also apply for each specific type of business (if applicable):
Internet Exclusive Business:
• Internet print-outs/URL address
• Pictures of shipping facilities
Corporation:
• Articles of Incorporation
Limited Partnership:
• LP-1
General Partnership and Self-Employed:
• Fictitious Name Statement
If the business name does not suggest a direct relation to paintball or the sporting goods industry, Kingman may (at our discretion) also require the following documentation.
1. Invoices showing you are a retail store operating in the sporting goods industry.
*Please note, failure to provide any of the required documents may result in your application being declined. Kingman Groups Sales Support Department will attempt to contact you for clarification of missing documents, but will not be held responsible for any delay resulting from unclear or missing information. Please be sure that all contact information is current.
